Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and event information
- Ensure venue safety standards and crowd control protocols
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Coordinate with vendors and event coordinators seamlessly
- Handle basic cash transactions and sales operations
- Report operational issues and maintain event cleanliness
Qualifications
- Must be available exclusively Saturdays & Sundays
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for sales/transactions
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth locations
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- 18+ years of age (required for alcohol events)
