Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and registration processes at assigned event stations
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and vendors
- Monitor crowd flow and implement safety protocols
- Coordinate with venue staff and event coordinators for seamless operations
- Distribute promotional materials and event information packets
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event infrastructure
- Report maintenance issues and security concerns immediately
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 8-hour shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Valid Texas ID and reliable transportation required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible to work occasional weekday evenings for training
- Basic knowledge of San Antonio geography preferred
