Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including setup, guest registration, and breakdown
- Provide outstanding customer service to VIP and general attendees
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for flawless execution
- Handle ticket scanning, merchandise sales, and guest inquiries
- Maintain pristine venue appearance throughout events
- Adapt quickly to changing event schedules and requirements
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Quick learner with problem-solving abilities
