Responsibilities
- Execute event setup/teardown procedures efficiently
- Manage guest registration and credential distribution
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue protocols
- Collaborate with team to maintain safety standards
- Assist with VIP guest coordination as needed
- Report operational issues to on-site management
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays & Sundays (6 AM-11 PM)
- Reliable transportation to downtown/airport venues
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Must pass mandatory background check
- 18+ years of age (alcohol events require 21+)
