Responsibilities
- Monitor venue security and ensure a safe, welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and crowd management during high-traffic weekends.
- Greet guests with a professional, high-energy demeanor and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Process tickets, manage check-ins, and operate handheld POS devices accurately.
- Enforce venue policies and handle minor incidents with calm, professional de-escalation.
- Collaborate with floor management to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the company dress code at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and navigate the venue for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, customer-centric attitude.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, events, or security is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and possess a reliable method of transportation.
- Appearance: Professional grooming and a neat, presentable appearance.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and comfort using mobile ticketing applications.
