Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket verification at event entrances
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and crowd control protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Monitor event spaces to ensure safety standards and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with team leads during high-traffic periods
- Support promotional activities and merchandise sales when needed
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and attend mandatory orientation
- Flexibility to work across multiple Louisville venues
