Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, operation, and breakdown of event venues, booths, and exhibits.
- Greet guests with a warm New Orleans welcome and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure a safe, organized environment for all attendees.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and common areas.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to achieve daily event goals and high customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability and punctuality are critical to our weekend operations.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move equipment as needed.
