Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in procedures at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and venue navigation assistance
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety protocols during events
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations
- Assist with setup/teardown of event spaces and equipment
- Handle ticket scanning and access control at entry points
Qualifications
- Must be available exclusively Saturdays and Sundays (no weekday shifts)
- Previous event hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule to accommodate event-specific hours (8AM-2AM)
- TN Food Handler certification (training provided if needed)
