Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise/concessions
- Coordinate with vendors for seamless event execution
- Handle VIP guest experiences and backstage coordination
- Troubleshoot technical issues during live performances
- Enforce capacity limits and crowd control measures
- Assist with rapid setup/breakdown between events
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-12am shifts)
- Previous event/concert experience preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic POS system knowledge (training provided)
- Flexibility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must pass background check and drug screening
