- Provide exceptional guest services at VIP entrances, merchandise booths, and guest hospitality areas
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols are strictly followed
- Process ticket scanning and credential verification with precision
- Assist with event setup/breakdown including equipment and decor management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute seamless event experiences
- Report operational issues and maintain clear communication channels
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts including evenings and holidays
- Strong communication skills with ability to de-escalate situations professionally
- Must be 21+ for alcohol-serving events (if applicable)
- Reliable transportation to multiple Nashville venues

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
