Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket verification at weekend events
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to event attendees
- Monitor event spaces and ensure safety protocols are maintained
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event equipment and decorations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution
- Handle basic inventory management of event materials
- Report maintenance issues or security concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or event support preferred
- Ability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and flexible hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of event operations is a plus
