Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes at high-traffic events
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional guidance to attendees
- Monitor event spaces to ensure safety and adherence to protocols
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event infrastructure
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
- Handle vendor coordination and inventory management
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and concerns
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment transport)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to event locations
