Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at weekend conventions and entertainment events
- Manage guest registration and credential verification processes
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and operational logistics
- Respond to attendee inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution
- Report operational issues to on-site management promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) and flexible hours
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Must pass basic background check and drug screening
