Responsibilities
- Manage guest interactions and provide exceptional customer service at event checkpoints and activity stations
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and maintenance of event equipment and temporary structures
- Distribute promotional materials and information to attendees while maintaining a positive brand image
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure compliance with safety protocols and venue regulations
- Collaborate with vendors and team members to ensure seamless event operations
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the event coordinator
- Collect attendee feedback and provide real-time support to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage positively with diverse audiences
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to event locations in Virginia Beach area
- Must pass background check and provide valid ID for onboarding
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred but not required
