- Collaborate with team leads to execute event logistics
- Document incident reports and operational feedback
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 6+ hours in varied weather
- Basic math skills for cash handling transactions
- Reliable transportation to downtown Austin venues
- Must pass background check (no felonies)
- Strong communication in English (bilingual a plus)
