Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and ticket scanning at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance
- Monitor venue crowd flow and assist with safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and event coordinators for seamless operations
- Set up and break down event infrastructure (tents, signage, equipment)
- Handle cash transactions and merchandise sales when required
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Previous event hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor/indoor environments
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic cash handling experience or willingness to train
- Valid photo ID and reliable transportation to downtown venues
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic settings
