Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and registration at event entrances
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and event information
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Coordinate with vendors and support staff
- Assist in emergency response protocols when needed
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Sat/Sun) 8am-6pm
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Basic math skills for cash handling transactions
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- No prior experience necessary - training provided
