Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at festivals, conferences, and corporate events
- Manage event setup, registration, and breakdown logistics
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations
- Enforce venue safety protocols and crowd management
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with team leads to execute event timelines
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Austin
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule with last-minute availability
- Basic math skills for cash handling
