Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces including tables, chairs, and equipment
- Manage guest registration and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with venue safety protocols and crowd control
- Coordinate with vendors and event coordinators for seamless operations
- Handle basic troubleshooting for AV and lighting systems
- Maintain cleanliness throughout event areas
- Support post-event cleanup and inventory management
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Flexible schedule with last-minute availability
- Basic knowledge of event setup procedures (training provided)
- Positive attitude under pressure
