Responsibilities
- Attend to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at event checkpoints
- Manage registration/check-in processes using digital tablets
- Assist with venue setup, equipment management, and breakdown procedures
- Maintain crowd control and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
- Report operational issues and provide post-event feedback
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to downtown Seattle venues
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital check-in systems
