Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including tents, stages, and seating areas
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee flow
- Assist with event activities, demonstrations, and interactive stations
- Ensure venue safety, cleanliness, and adherence to event protocols
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and resolve minor issues
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to various event locations across New Orleans
- Basic computer skills for check-in systems and communication tools
- No experience necessary – enthusiasm and reliability valued most
