Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional support to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are maintained
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event infrastructure and signage
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve logistical challenges in real-time
- Report operational observations to on-site management
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays) 6am-11pm
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Reliable transportation to various Dallas venues
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Flexible schedule with no weekday commitments required
- Professional appearance and positive attitude essential
