Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at weekend events and festivals
- Manage ticket scanning and attendee check-in procedures
- Maintain venue cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with vendor coordination and supply restocking
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries with professional solutions
- Collaborate with team leads during peak event hours
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to SF event venues
- Must be 18+ and able to pass background check
