Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and assist with venue operations during events
- Ensure venue safety standards and emergency protocols are followed
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees and VIP guests
- Coordinate with team leads for seamless event execution
- Set up and break down event spaces efficiently
- Process transactions and manage cash handling when required
- Report operational issues to supervisors in real-time
Qualifications
- Must be available every Saturday and Sunday (8am-8pm shifts)
- Valid government-issued ID for background verification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for transaction handling
