Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-ins and registration processes at weekend events
- Manage vendor coordination and setup logistics for weekend activations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to 100+ attendees per shift
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with emergency protocol adherence and crowd control
- Submit detailed post-event reports and inventory documentation
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all venues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Available for weekend shifts (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) consistently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Texas ID and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and passion for customer service
- Experience in retail/hospitality preferred but not required
