Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credential verification
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Conduct venue safety walkthroughs and crowd control

- Assist with setup/teardown of event infrastructure
- Resolve guest inquiries with professional solutions
- Report operational issues to on-site management
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for equipment transport)
- Flexible availability during peak event seasons
