Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces according to venue requirements
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and information assistance
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and event coordinators seamlessly
- Handle cash transactions and manage inventory efficiently
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-12pm shifts)
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for transport)
- Basic POS system knowledge
- Background check required
