Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at weekend events including registration, ushering, and crowd management
- Set up and break down event infrastructure with precision and attention to detail
- Assist with VIP guest handling and premium service coordination
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during events
- Maintain positive brand representation through professional appearance and conduct
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays with flexible scheduling
- Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Reliable transportation to various event locations in Raleigh
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Professional demeanor with polished presentation
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
