Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification at event entrances
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown of staging areas
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety protocols
- Collaborate with vendors and security teams
- Report operational issues to event coordinators
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Previous event/concert experience preferred
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to learn
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
- 18+ years old (alcohol serving events require TABC certification)
- Must pass background check
