Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocols throughout venues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event operations
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event infrastructure and signage
- Resolve attendee inquiries and escalate issues to supervisors
- Contribute to post-event reporting and feedback analysis
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work at various Orlando locations
- Basic knowledge of event safety regulations
