Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at event entrances
- Assist with venue setup, including tents, signage, and seating arrangements
- Provide excellent customer service and answer attendee questions
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with team to execute seamless event operations
- Tear down and clean event spaces after conclusion
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to various Colorado Springs venues
- Positive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Must be 18+ years old
- Basic first aid certification preferred (training provided)
