Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including tents, tables, and signage
- Manage guest registration and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with vendor coordination and logistical support
- Maintain safe and organized event spaces throughout shifts
- Handle basic troubleshooting for AV equipment and amenities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
- Support post-event cleanup and inventory management
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-6pm shifts)
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid California Driver's License (for equipment transport)
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and commitment to community values
- Basic first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
