Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces according to venue requirements
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee assistance
- Ensure venue safety and cleanliness throughout event hours
- Collaborate with team members to execute seamless event transitions
- Distribute promotional materials and provide event information to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and report any issues to event coordinators
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Boston
- No prior experience necessary—comprehensive training provided
- Valid Massachusetts ID for venue access
