Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, execution, and teardown of weekend events and promotional activities.
- Greet guests warmly, manage queues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the onsite team to ensure all safety protocols and brand standards are met.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods, including lifting light objects up to 20 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the location.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required.
