Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup, guest registration, and venue operations
- Deliver premium guest experiences with exceptional service standards
- Manage VIP guest interactions and resolve inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for flawless event execution
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Operate event technology (ticketing systems, audiovisual equipment)
- Conduct post-event reconciliation and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/event industry experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Sat/Sun) with varied shifts
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Basic technical aptitude (ticketing systems, AV setup)
- Strong problem-solving under pressure
