Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping duties
- Manage weekend check-in/check-out processes efficiently using resort software
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for guest safety and satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Prepare weekend occupancy reports and maintain accurate guest records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Uphold resort standards for cleanliness and ambiance during high-traffic periods
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Flexible availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays)
