Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups, guest management, and teardown operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and brand ambassadorship
- Operate event-specific equipment (AV, registration systems, etc.)
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency response readiness
- Document shift details and report operational insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for flawless execution
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and/or Sundays with flexible scheduling
- Previous event/hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic digital literacy for shift management app
- Reliable transportation to DC event venues
