Responsibilities
- Monitor property and premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and safety hazards.
- Control access to the venue by verifying credentials and issuing visitor passes.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies in a calm and professional manner.
- Patrol designated areas on foot and via vehicle during event hours.
- Write detailed incident reports and submit them to the Shift Supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with event staff, guests, and law enforcement when necessary.
- Enforce company policies and safety regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends: Saturday and Sunday (and occasional holidays).
