Responsibilities
- Manage vendor setup and breakdown at weekend events
- Coordinate attendee flow and provide exceptional customer service
- Execute event timelines and resolve on-site issues
- Train and supervise temporary staff during events
- Conduct post-event inventory and reporting
- Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications
- 2+ years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Valid Washington state driver's license
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Red Cross First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Proficiency in event management software
