Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend event setups and teardowns for 500+ guest venues
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party service providers
- Execute seamless guest experiences through proactive communication
- Resolve on-site logistical challenges with calm professionalism
- Maintain safety compliance across all event operations
- Document post-event analytics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 2+ years event coordination or hospitality management experience
- Availability every Saturday and Sunday (8am-12pm shifts)
- Proficient in venue management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Tennessee Food Handler certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods
