Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations at downtown Minneapolis venues
- Manage guest registration and VIP experiences with professionalism
- Coordinate vendor setups and ensure venue readiness
- Resolve client inquiries and maintain service excellence standards
- Conduct post-event evaluations and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive event delivery
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Available exclusively for Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Previous event coordination or customer service experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Background check and drug screen required
