Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and VIP experiences at upscale venues
- Coordinate vendor setup and breakdown logistics
- Execute event activation plans and brand activations
- Resolve guest inquiries with exceptional service
- Maintain safety protocols during high-energy events
- Collaborate with security and venue teams
- Document event metrics and feedback
Qualifications
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability Saturdays & Sundays (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Ability to work standing for 6+ hours
- Excellent communication in English and Spanish
- Valid Florida ID and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic knowledge of event management software
- Must pass background check
