Responsibilities
- Coordinate setup, execution, and breakdown of weekend events at premier Phoenix venues
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless service delivery
- Oversee guest experience through proactive problem-solving and communication
- Execute event timelines while maintaining safety protocols
- Train and supervise part-time weekend event staff
- Post-event reporting and client feedback compilation
- Collaborate with marketing team on event promotion strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Availability to work all Saturdays and Sundays (9 AM - 9 PM)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work in various Phoenix venues (outdoor/indoor)
- Basic knowledge of AV equipment setup
