Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute weekend events at premier Virginia Beach venues
- Manage vendor relationships and on-site logistics
- Lead event setup, breakdown, and guest experience management
- Ensure all safety protocols and brand standards are maintained
- Train and supervise part-time weekend staff
- Handle client communications and resolve issues in real-time
- Track inventory and report post-event analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Experience with venue management software preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
