Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups and teardowns at premium SF venues (concert halls, galleries, corporate spaces)
- Coordinate vendor relationships and manage inventory for weekend activations
- Lead on-site staff teams during high-energy weekend events

Qualifications
- 2+ years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) with flexible scheduling
- Proficiency in event management software (Eventbrite, Cvent)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Strong knowledge of SF venue landscapes and logistics
- BA/BS degree or equivalent industry certification preferred
