Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and ticket scanning at weekend events
- Assist with venue setup/breakdown including seating, signage, and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and address attendee inquiries promptly
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with team members to execute seamless event operations
- Report maintenance issues and inventory needs to supervisors
- Support promotional activities during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- Available to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays, 8 AM - 6 PM)
- Previous customer service or event support experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor/indoor venues
- Basic knowledge of event safety procedures
- Reliable transportation to downtown San Antonio locations
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- 18+ years old (required for venue access)
