Responsibilities
- Execute weekend data entry and validation tasks with 100% accuracy and speed.
- Monitor and maintain database integrity for multiple client accounts.
- Identify and report data discrepancies or system anomalies to the Senior Analyst.
- Collaborate with the week-day operations team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Perform regular backups and system checks to prevent data loss.
- Adhere to strict data security and privacy protocols during all operations.
- Update and organize digital archives and physical records as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Data Science is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry, operations, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors quickly.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
