- Resolve technical issues reported by clients with prompt and professional service.
- Generate weekly performance reports and update inventory logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Reliable transportation and availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
