Responsibilities
- Resolve Inquiries: Provide exceptional technical and product support to customers via phone, email, and chat during Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot common technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Accurately log all support tickets and customer interactions into our CRM system to maintain a clear history of communications.
- Feedback Loop: Identify recurring issues and relay them to the product and engineering teams to help drive continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service or technical support experience is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (rotating shifts, e.g., 10 AM - 6 PM).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a significant plus.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
