Responsibilities
- Manage weekend customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Conduct technical troubleshooting for enterprise clients to ensure seamless system performance.
- Document all client interactions and technical issues accurately in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the support team during the week to ensure continuity of service.
- Assist in onboarding new clients during weekend hours to reduce weekday backlog.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support or technical support (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) from our downtown San Francisco office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
